Misuse of model associations to manipulate discovery
This Space appears to be systematically abusing Hugging Face's models: metadata to promote itself across large numbers of unrelated model pages.
Its README declares thousands of model associations, despite the Space being an analytics dashboard rather than an inference application using those models.
Its commit history shows repeated rotations of model associations, including commits explicitly labelled "Link 47 models, drop 47".
This causes the Space to appear in "Spaces using this model" across unrelated repositories, degrading the usefulness of that discovery feature for users looking for genuine model demonstrations and integrations.
Please review this behaviour and consider restricting model associations to genuine usage rather than allowing arbitrary metadata tagging for discoverability.
You're right, and thanks for flagging it. The card listed the models trending on the Hub, the most downloaded, and the ones people looked up on the site, rotated every few hours, so Model Pulse would show up under "Spaces using this model". The idea was that someone on a model's page could reach its download history in one click. But Model Pulse only reads those models' public stats and runs none of them, and that list is meant for Spaces that actually use a model. I've removed the models list and the job that rotated it. The card now names only the two datasets the Space is built from: hub-stats and its own data repo.
